Andrea, a busy mom of four and business owner, understands the struggle of maintaining a clean home like anyone else. But, if she can do it, so can you!

Here are her five effective cleaning hacks that will help you tackle those home and decluttering projects you've been putting off.

Make a List to Stay Organized

Andrea recommends starting with a list to keep you focused. Without it, you may find yourself jumping from room to room without completing any tasks. Crossing off items also gives a satisfying sense of accomplishment.

Trick to Whiten Whites

Andrea shares her secret for whitening dirty socks and mop heads. She uses OxiClean White Revive for a pre-soak, agitating the water periodically. This helps release deep-set stains, leaving the whites fresh and clean.

Vacuum Your Steps for Instant Satisfaction

Andrea suggests using a lightweight vacuum for cleaning stairs. It’s powerful and easy to maneuver, making the task much more satisfying and manageable.

Properly Wash Microfiber Towels

When washing microfiber towels, Andrea advises against using fabric softener or dryer sheets. She suggests washing them on medium heat with a laundry sanitizer to clean and disinfect properly.

Loved your advice, thanks! Now I have some for you, get a Roomba! Nothing fancy just the basic model. I don't even know how to program mine. Stick it in the middle of the room, press the button and do something else for awhile. Come back and empty it. Repeat as often as necessary.🙂

Great ideas ty. Also when cleaning your dryer lint u can save that lint, make a nice container for outside to hang in a tree or bush. Cut a lg. hole in a clean milk jug. Place the lint in small bits and watch the birds. My mom used to have so many song birds with bits of lint & short strings poking oit of the new nests. Lint helps keep the baby birds extra warm in cold weather.
