1. Thrift stores

Thrift stores are treasure troves for budget-conscious fashionistas. They offer a wide variety of pre-loved clothes at incredibly low prices. Many thrift stores support charitable causes, so your purchases can do good beyond your wardrobe.

Pro tip: Check out local thrift stores in affluent areas for high-quality, lightly-used items.

2. Discount retailers

Stores like TJ Maxx, Ross, and Marshalls are famous for offering brand-name clothing at deep discounts. These retailers buy overstock and out-of-season items from top brands, passing the savings on to you.

Pro tip: Shop early in the week for the best selection, as new stock often arrives on Mondays and Tuesdays.

3. Online marketplaces

Websites like eBay and Poshmark are excellent for finding gently-used or even new clothing at reduced prices. These platforms allow you to search for specific brands, styles, and sizes, making it easy to find exactly what you need.

Pro tip: Use filters and saved searches to get notifications when items you want are listed.

I have purchased many things from temu, but will not anymore as I'm finding out more and more that China is buying u.s. companies, land and ports, which causes me concern. I also, tho honestly without proof, believe China is fostering much of the false information that is causing serious divisiveness in the u.s.

China & Russia did stir the pot A LOT during the 2020 elections, through social media pages. We need to buy MADE IN USA products, especially Food products. Most of the frozen fish comes from China, Motts apple juice/sauce comes from Chinese apples, as if WE didn't have apples, even Garlic. Check labels.I will never forget the pet food poisoning of 2007, most companies used an ingredient from China that contained Melamine, a plastic. Many dogs & cats died from that, I lost a kitty to that.
