Honey Mustard Chicken Marinade


My family loves Honey Mustard Chicken. This marinade will definitely give you some moist chicken that is perfect for eating plain, in a wrap, or on top of a salad. Make some extra marinade and set it aside for dipping.


We love cooking this on a grill or pan-frying in a skillet with a little bit of butter.

Ingredients:

  • Honey
  • Mustard (optional: use dijon for a more spicy recipe)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chicken breasts


Directions:

  1. Use equal amounts of honey, mustard, and mayonnaise depending on the amount of chicken you are cooking.
  2. Mix marinade together in a zip-lock back. Add chicken and mix to coat well. Let set in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Easy Italian Chicken Marinade

  • 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce ( gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 chicken breasts

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a zip-lock bag.
  2. Add chicken to the bag and coat well.
